Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for a FinTech company, specializing in contract work, particularly in the area of leases. This role involves comprehensive legal support for the business, aimed at minimizing risks and ensuring legal security.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and legal review of contracts, with a particular focus on lease agreements
• Conducting Due Diligence for counterparties
• Analyzing and mitigating legal and financial risks, including compliance with Federal Law No. 115-FZ
• Providing legal support for ongoing operational activities of the company
• Resolving corporate and labor law issues
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in legal practice
• Ability to independently manage the entire legal department of the company
• Deep understanding of legislation and the ability to apply it to enhance business security
