Role Overview
We are a Payment Service Provider (PSP), simplifying complex technical aspects for businesses. Our company connects providers and merchants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Restore MSB license in Canada: analyze reasons for revocation, prepare appeals, and interact with FINTRAC;• Support obtaining new MSB: register legal entity in Canada, submit applications, and develop AML/ATF policies;• Support obtaining digital entertainment platform licenses in various jurisdictions;• Manage contractual work: NDAs with providers, MSAs considering cross-jurisdictional risks;• Formulate roadmaps with deadlines and cost estimates for each stage.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working in the digital entertainment sector;• Understanding of beneficiary and tax resident requirements;• Experience in international licensing across various jurisdictions;• Ability to work with project roadmaps;• Fluent legal English;• Experience in drafting MSAs from scratch.
