Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join an international digital entertainment holding company. This remote position offers a flexible work schedule. Key responsibilities include contract review, legal research, corporate documentation, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
• Reviewing and approving contracts with contractors.• Studying foreign legislation and collaborating with selected contractors on registration, licensing, and ongoing activities of foreign companies.• Working with corporate documents for the team, including corporate resolutions and other documents for the holding's needs.• Analyzing legal risks at the request of the company's CLO and proposing recommendations for their minimization.• Interacting with the CPO and providing legal support at all stages of product creation.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Higher legal education.• Excellent knowledge of international and corporate law, including matters of registration, licensing, and interaction with foreign jurisdictions.• Ability to identify legal risks and propose strategies for their minimization.• Skills in interacting with teams, contractors, and external counterparties.• Professional English language proficiency at B2 level.
