Role Overview
We are seeking an international legal counsel for projects in payment service providers (PSP) and interactive entertainment. This is project-based work with an hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
• Restoring/obtaining MSB license in Canada, working with FINTRAC, AML/ATF• Licensing interactive entertainment projects in Africa and LATAM• Contractual work: NDA, MSA, cross-jurisdictional risk analysis• Coordinating local agents and developing legal roadmaps
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the interactive entertainment sector• Experience with FINTRAC/MSB• Experience with LATAM and African jurisdictions• Fluent legal English
