Role Overview
Arcane Gaming is seeking a Marketing and Product Development Assistant. Our team focuses on developing and scaling digital and IT products across various stages. This position is ideal for senior students, recent graduates, or entry-level specialists eager to gain broad practical experience in product business. The primary focus of this role is marketing and product promotion, with opportunities to contribute to the development of existing products and the launch of new ones.
Key Responsibilities
• Searching for new user acquisition channels and growth ideas. • Researching advertising platforms, partners, and collaboration opportunities, managing correspondence with partners. • Generating ideas for articles, publications, content, and marketing activities. • Interacting with copywriters, designers, developers, and other team members. • Developing project social media presence. • Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and preparing performance reports. • Participating in improving product presentation and app store optimization (ASO). • Researching competitor products and formulating proposals for enhancing our solutions. • Collecting and structuring feedback from users, partners, and the market. • Participating in discussions about new features, ideas, and product development directions. • Assisting in preparing tasks for designers and the development team. • Participating in the launch of new products and marketing initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
• English language proficiency sufficient for correspondence and communication with international partners. • Excellent written communication skills. • Systematic approach and attention to detail in work. • Curiosity and a desire to explore new topics. • Fearlessness when facing unfamiliar tasks. • Self-reliance, initiative, and the ability to bring tasks to completion. • Interest in digital marketing, IT products, analytics, or experience in personal, academic, or professional projects is a plus.
