Role Overview
PARI Padel is the largest padel community and court network, actively developing one of the world's fastest-growing sports. The team is looking for a Marketing Specialist to work closely with the Marketing Director to increase a key business metric: court occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing presentations and packaging ideas using AI tools (Claude).
• Coordinating contractors for advertising, social media, and marketing initiatives.
• Reviewing materials, making edits, and controlling task quality.
• Working with partner projects: processing applications, evaluating effectiveness, and supporting launches.
• Participating in the development and implementation of marketing strategy.
• Launching promotions and promotional activities, analyzing their results.
• Preparing monthly reports.
• Developing the Padel People account and engaging with the project's community.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Ability to work with analytics, funnels, and marketing metrics.
• Capability to independently manage projects and achieve results.
• Skills in effectively communicating with contractors and partners.
• Understanding of marketing and PR principles.
• Experience with modern AI tools or a willingness to quickly master them.
• Proactive, responsible, and organized approach.
• A plus: CapCut editing skills.
• A plus: good visual taste and sense of style.
• A plus: experience with community projects.
• A plus: cases in sports marketing, lifestyle, or event management.
