Role Overview
We are actively recruiting specialists for a large digital media buying team focused on interactive entertainment projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Scaling advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads
• Working with TikTok algorithms and moderation processes
• Preparing necessary resources for advertising campaigns
• Setting up campaigns for mobile applications and web platforms (App/Web)
• Utilizing Spark Ads and event optimization
• Working with a stack of analytical tools: Appsflyer, Adjust, trackers
• Data analysis, postback setup, and split testing
• Understanding and applying key metrics: CPI, CPA, conversions, ROAS, LTV
• Conducting post-install analysis
• Developing and testing creative concepts
• Performing analytics for advertising campaigns
• Implementing anti-fraud measures
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience with In-App and TikTok advertising
• Experience managing daily advertising budgets of $1.5k+
• Deep understanding of TikTok Ads: scaling, algorithms, moderation, resource preparation
• Experience in campaign setup: App/Web, Spark Ads, Event Optimization
• Proficient with analytical tools: Appsflyer, Adjust, trackers (analytics, postbacks, splits)
• Excellent understanding of metrics: CPI, CPA, conversions, ROAS, LTV; post-install analysis skills
• Ability to develop creatives, test hypotheses, conduct analytics, and implement anti-fraud strategies
