Role Overview
We are a full-cycle advertising agency with 6 years of market experience and a team of over 100 professionals. We are currently seeking a Middle Media Buyer to develop our traffic acquisition efforts. This role involves purchasing traffic through public channels, Telegram channels, and influencers. The ideal candidate is passionate about esports or traditional sports and excels at identifying and building effective partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire traffic through influencer marketing, including partner search, engagement with public channels, Telegram channels, and influencers (excluding traditional target/PPC methods).
• Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns effectively.
• Prepare advertising materials in collaboration with the design department, with a strong emphasis on creative thinking.
• Directly interact with influencers and public channel owners, ensuring contract activation.
• Implement marketing strategies, maintain detailed reporting, and analyze campaign performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in media buying, specifically with channel/public page purchases and influencer marketing.
• Excellent understanding of CPM/CPA models, viral mechanics, and conversion strategies.
• Strong familiarity with esports or traditional sports (e.g., football, hockey).
• High energy, strong engagement, and a desire for continuous professional growth and expertise development.
• Results-oriented mindset and commitment to long-term collaboration.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher; additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Experience working with Southeast Asia (SEA) and Latin America (LatAm) markets is a strong plus.
• Previous experience as an Account Manager, including contract activation and partner management, is also beneficial.
