Role Overview
We are looking for a Media Buyer / Organic Traffic Specialist ready to handle large volumes of organic traffic and scale account networks. THELORDS is a modern Influencer & UBT agency with over 4 years of experience. We actively operate across multiple GEOs, launch dozens of offers, and are constantly expanding. Key Responsibilities
• Create and scale account networks across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Snapchat • Register, configure, and warm up accounts for various GEOs • Launch and test video creatives, identifying optimal bundles, hooks, and formats • Analyze performance results and scale successful solutions • Collaborate with the Head of UBT to discover new growth opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in UBT / Organic Traffic • Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts algorithms • Experience with multi-accounting, proxies, and consumables • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from data • Detail-oriented and committed to continuous professional development
