Role Overview
We are a leading interactive entertainment project with our own brand. For over 5 years, we have been creating an exciting gaming experience for our clients, offering numerous games, regular tournaments, promotions, and giveaways. Our players value us for honesty, generous bonuses, and favorable conditions. We are actively developing new traffic channels for the global market and are looking for an experienced TikTok Media Buyer ready to build this direction. Your role will be key in launching a new traffic source, directly improving department efficiency and enabling scalability. We are also open to considering a Team Lead with their own team.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently launch, manage, daily optimize, and scale advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads;• Search for and test new bundles, approaches, offers, and target GEOs;• Set clear technical specifications for designers to create creatives, and control their quality;• Analyze launched campaigns, control budget spending;• Control the technical side: account preparation, proxies, payment systems, tracking and pixel setup;• Maintain regular reporting on key metrics (spend, revenue, ROI, profit). For Team Lead: • Manage a team of TikTok media buyers: coordinate work, allocate budgets, control team KPI and ROI achievement;• Build and maintain a stable technical infrastructure;• Train, mentor, and onboard new buyers.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working with TikTok in the interactive entertainment sector for 1+ year;• Deep knowledge of TikTok Ads optimization and targeting algorithms, working with pixels, custom audiences, optimization;• Understanding of attention retention specifics;• Experience with anti-detect browsers, trackers, agency accounts;• Understanding of cloaking principles and bypassing TikTok moderation in niches with increased advertising requirements;• Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting;• Clear understanding of metrics: ROI, CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, CR.
