Role Overview
Affiliate Squad — We consistently attract traffic from Tg ADS / Avito ADS / Google ADS, actively developing our Yandex direction, and are looking for a strong Yandex Direct Media Buyer who wants to work with resources, scale, and real team support.
Key Responsibilities
• Launching and managing advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct
• Generating stable and high-quality leads
• Searching, testing, and scaling profitable bundles
• Achieving KPIs and monitoring key metrics
• Daily and weekly reporting on results
Requirements & Qualifications
• Current experience with Yandex Direct and Yandex.Metrica for 1+ year
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data volumes
• Understanding of CPA / CPL models
• Experience working with a daily budget of $800–1000+
• Experience with cloaking in Yandex
