Role Overview
Manage Payment Service Provider (PSP) operations, monitor transactions, and optimize payment processes specifically for the Azerbaijan market. This role involves identifying and onboarding new payment providers, agents, and local payment methods.
Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate fees, limits, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms with payment providers.
• Support integrations for various payment methods, including cards, e-wallets, and local solutions.
• Track approval and decline rates, actively working to reduce chargebacks.
• Collaborate closely with anti-fraud and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure stable and efficient payment flows across all platforms.
• Analyze market opportunities to enhance payment solutions and processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with payment providers and partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of relevant experience in payment operations.
• English language proficiency at B1+ level.
• Native Russian speaker.
• Strong understanding of various payment systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
