Role Overview
Apree Team, an international marketing agency, is actively seeking a Middle SMM Specialist to build an effective system for attracting new subscribers through popular short-video platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. We are looking for a candidate who focuses on tangible business outcomes: increasing subscriber count, improving conversion rates, and boosting revenue, rather than just reach and views. The key objective of this role is to establish a stable, predictable, and scalable system for audience acquisition through organic traffic via short-form video content.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and test new content hypotheses and formats. • Analyze TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and successful organic growth case studies. • Provide technical specifications to models and video editors. • Coordinate the entire content creation process: from idea generation to filming, editing, publishing, and analytics. • Manage accounts and scale successful content strategies. • Analyze results and continuously optimize the audience acquisition funnel. • Utilize AI tools to accelerate content production. • Develop processes and regulations for this specific area.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience working with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. • Deep understanding of viral content mechanics, attention retention strategies, and user conversion. • Ability to translate views and reach into tangible business outcomes. • Experience with content hypotheses and their testing. • Skill in writing clear technical specifications for content teams and contractors. • Understanding of principles for managing multiple accounts simultaneously. • Experience with content and funnel analytics. • Proficient use of AI tools for research, scripting, and content production. • Readiness to make independent decisions and take responsibility for results. • A plus: experience with multi-account systems and account farms. • A plus: experience promoting subscription-based products. • A plus: experience building end-to-end analytics and working with UTM tags. • A plus: experience managing a team of video editors, content managers, or contractors. • A plus: experience working with an international audience. • A plus: English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
