Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team. This role involves managing partner relationships and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
• Search, negotiate, acquire, and retain partners
• Analyze traffic quality and optimize affiliate programs
• Achieve KPIs, provide technical support, and configure segments
• Maintain relationships and represent the company at conferences
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in the interactive entertainment industry (BetB2B platform)
• Geo: Europe, LatAm, CIS (TR, AZ, UZ, KZ)
• Experience working with RS, hybrid, CPA models
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
