Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and expand the partner network in the LATAM market, with a specific focus on Mexico. This is a fully remote position, with the option for official employment in Serbia.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for and onboard new partners• Develop the existing network• Negotiate CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals• Analyze traffic, metrics, and fraud• Scale the affiliate direction
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in performance marketing for digital entertainment platforms (Affiliate) for 2+ years• Experience working with the LATAM market• English language proficiency for negotiations• Knowledge of Spanish and an existing partner network will be an advantage
