Role Overview
Seeking an experienced manager with practical experience in MobCash / mobile agents, capable of developing an agent network across international GEOs and managing local hunters, or with experience in partner search in regions such as Africa.
Key Responsibilities
• Searching, hiring, and managing local hunters
• Developing the agent network through local teams
• Onboarding, retaining, and developing agents
• Controlling turnover, deposits, withdrawals, and commissions
• Working with the Affiliate ↔️ MobCash connection
• Identifying new growth points by GEO
Requirements & Qualifications
• Practical experience with MobCash / mobile agents
• Understanding of P2P, processing, and local payments
• Ability to independently find agents and build a network through hunters
• Experience in Affiliate / Payments is a plus
• Understanding of the economics and key metrics of an agent network
• Russian + working English proficiency
• Independence and results-orientation
