Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to create animated creatives for advertising campaigns. This role involves generating and testing new ideas to enhance advertising effectiveness, working closely with media buyers and the creative team. You will adapt materials for various platforms, formats, and geos, analyze successful market cases, and implement best practices. Utilizing modern AI tools to accelerate and improve production is also encouraged.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Commercial experience is a plus• Proficiency in animation tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, AfterEffects)• Strong visual awareness, understanding of advertising trends and attention-grabbing mechanics• Ability to work quickly on tasks and meet deadlines• Proactiveness, responsibility, and a desire for continuous development• Experience with advertising creatives in performance marketing is a plus• Skills in using AI tools for generating graphics, video, and animation are a plus
