Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to create high-converting video and static creatives. You will work with advanced technologies, including neural networks for deepfakes and AI voiceovers, and develop your own design solutions for a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-converting video and static creatives for financial and entertainment product verticals• Generate deepfakes, work with lipsyncing, and generate/overlay voiceovers using neural networks• Develop and implement proprietary design solutions, not just follow ready-made technical specifications• Adapt and optimize existing materials to meet advertising platform requirements• Promptly complete tasks in a dynamic market environment
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in creating video creatives for performance marketing for 1+ year• Practical skills in working with neural networks (deepfakes, lipsyncing, AI voiceovers)• Proficient in specialized software: Adobe programs, CapCut, After Effects, Figma• Proactiveness, ability to propose creative approaches and unconventional ideas• High work speed without compromising quality and attention to detail
