Role Overview
We are an agency service that helps performance marketing specialists work stably with advertising accounts. Over 350 teams and individual specialists have chosen us as a reliable partner. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a support specialist for night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Work night shifts (2/2) from 22:00 to 10:00 (GMT+3)• Consult clients in chats regarding Facebook account operations• Monitor balances and maintain reporting in Google Sheets• Assist clients in resolving issues and interact with the internal team
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a Facebook account specialist or media buyer is mandatory• Understanding of Facebook account operational principles• Proficient in Google Sheets• Responsible, attentive, able to multitask and maintain concentration during night hours
