Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, with a background in the payment industry, particularly in high-risk sectors. The key objective is to take control of operational processes, traffic, and volumes, ensuring stable operations, including the setup and management of payment cascades.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the operational activities of the department and control key processes (traffic, volumes, conversion, cost);• Control and distribute incoming traffic and its processing;• Ensure traffic cascading between providers;• Conduct onboarding and connections;• Promptly resolve failures, dips, and bottlenecks in operational work;• Coordinate and interact with related departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the payment industry (high-risk);• Strong operational background, understanding of payment processes, traffic, conversion, limits, balances, and cost;• Experience in managing or coordinating teams;• Ability to take responsibility and deliver results;• Independence, initiative, ability to work in conditions of uncertainty.
