Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ORM Team Lead to manage a team and develop strategies for online brand reputation management within the digital entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop ORM/SERM strategies and lead a team
• Monitor brand reputation, manage reviews, and interact with various online platforms
• Conduct analytics, collaborate with PR, Support, and Marketing departments
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in ORM, with at least 1 year as a Team Lead
• Experience in High Risk projects and a strong understanding of SERM principles
• English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
