Role Overview
An international company is actively growing and developing its P2P direction in the digital entertainment and fintech sector. We are looking for a P2P Agent Hunter to find and attract P2P agents through various online channels, conduct negotiations, and support onboarding. This role offers opportunities for rapid growth and direct impact on results.
Key Responsibilities
• Searching for and attracting P2P agents through social networks, messengers, and specialized online communities.• Initiating first contacts with potential partners and briefly presenting the product in simple terms.• Conducting correspondence and basic negotiations with agents in English regarding terms and work format.• Supporting the onboarding of new agents from the first contact to launch and initial operations.• Maintaining a simple acquisition funnel: recording statuses, reminders, returning to warm contacts.• Searching for new platforms and sources of agent traffic: chats, channels, forums, thematic communities.• Daily work in messengers and social networks: answering questions, processing responses, maintaining dialogue.• Regular interaction with the internal team (support, operations, finance) regarding agent launches and statuses.• Participating in improving scripts, message templates, and the onboarding process based on feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in one of the following roles: support, onboarding, account, bizdev, or affiliate manager, where extensive communication with clients or partners was required.• Understanding of basic payment infrastructure principles and interest in the P2P model and alternative payment methods.• Skills in finding and attracting partners or clients through online channels: social networks, messengers, specialized communities.• Ability to build a simple acquisition funnel: track stages, maintain contacts, and bring dialogues to a successful conclusion.• English language proficiency for confident correspondence and basic calls with partners using a script or dialogue structure.• Strong communication skills: ability to clearly explain terms, ask clarifying questions, and effectively handle objections.• Independence and proactivity: readiness to suggest ideas for channels to test and how to improve the hunting approach.• Organization and accuracy in working with tables or CRM: ability to structure agent data and update statuses.
