Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Partner Investment & Performance Manager to manage partner relationships (Fixed / Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
• Search and audit new partners, including streamers, influencers, Telegram channels, and media resources.• Conduct negotiations, agree on budgets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and terms for test campaigns.• Monitor creative quality and analyze metrics such as FTD (First Time Deposit), ROI (Return on Investment), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and Net Revenue.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate, performance, or influencer marketing.• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and excellent negotiation abilities.• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.• A plus: experience in the digital entertainment industry (MENA/Africa/Asia regions) and an existing partner base.
