Role Overview

A payment aggregator is seeking a Payment Manager / Business Developer to expand its partner network and manage commercial relationships with merchants, providers, and P2P partners. The company actively operates across multiple geographies, develops innovative payment solutions, and scales its payment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiating connection terms, tariffs, and routing with merchants • Monitoring the fulfillment of agreements by partners • Developing cooperation with merchants, providers, and traders • Searching for new partners to increase company turnover and profit • Supporting the launch of integrations with new payment providers and P2P channels • Working with payment platform settings: payment methods, routes, and configurations • Analyzing conversion rates, approve rates, and transaction volumes • Identifying anomalies and participating in incident investigations • Resolving cases related to conversion drops, rejections, fraud, and partner failures • Researching new payment methods and promising geographical markets • Representing the company at industry conferences and negotiations

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the payment industry • Experience working on the side of a PSP, payment aggregator, or payment provider • Understanding of payment routing, cascades, and conversion funnels • Experience with administrative panels of payment platforms • Ability to analyze metrics and identify root causes of issues • Skills in developing partner relationships and managing commercial terms • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher • Residence outside the Russian Federation
