Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Payment Manager to expand and optimize our payment infrastructure in the Latin America and Africa regions. This role involves sourcing, integrating, and developing new payment solutions, as well as interacting with international and local partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for and integrate new payment solutions.
• Work with local banks, PSPs, processing centers, and payment partners.
• Develop the existing payment infrastructure.
• Identify new payment routes and enhance current ones.
• Monitor the quality of payment solution operations.
• Interact with international partners, merchants, and local teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the payment industry.
• Understanding of PSP, acquiring, processing, and P2P operations.
• Experience with international payments.
• Experience with LATAM or Africa is a plus.
• A personal network of contacts among PSPs, banks, or local partners is welcome.
• Self-reliance and ability to quickly find effective solutions.
