Payment Monitoring Specialist

• Control the correctness of transactions between the platform and payment partners;• Monitor payments in real-time and based on reporting periods;• Identify anomalies, delays, and failures in payment processing;• Monitor the availability of payment gateways and services;• Promptly escalate critical incidents to developers, technical support, and other teams;• Interact with payment providers when problems arise;• Maintain incident reporting and analyze the causes of failures;• Control compliance with SLAs by payment partners.

• Experience in payments, fintech, or monitoring for 1+ year;• Understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle;• Knowledge of the principles of acquiring, payment systems, and banking infrastructure;• Skills in analyzing payment conversion and finding reasons for failures;• Experience with monitoring systems, ticketing systems, and reporting;• Attention to detail and ability to react quickly to incidents.• Plus points: experience in high-risk verticals;• Understanding of APIs and webhooks;• Experience in analyzing payment routing and payment conversion.
