We are seeking an experienced Payment Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our payment infrastructure. This role involves sourcing and onboarding individuals, working with banks and payment providers, and ensuring a seamless flow of transactions.

• Sourcing and onboarding individuals for payment operations.• Opening and managing bank accounts.• Liaising with banks and payment providers.• Organizing the reception and dispatch of payments.• Distributing payment flows efficiently.• Managing KYC/AML procedures and collaborating with compliance departments.• Monitoring limits, preventing blocks, and managing operational risks.• Scaling and developing the payment infrastructure.
