Role Overview
Due to increasing operational volume, we are expanding our Payment Operations team. This vacancy is suitable for both full-time employment and for combining with studies or other projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Create payment requests and monitor their statuses in real-time
• Process payments and control the operation of payment accounts
• Work with large volumes of data and accurately transfer numerical information
• Maintain basic accounting of operations in spreadsheets
• Promptly respond to technical failures and unusual situations
Requirements & Qualifications
• Possess a PC or laptop and a stable internet connection
• High attention to numbers and details
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and fiat payment principles, or readiness to quickly learn
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Quick switching between operational tasks
• Responsible approach to performing routine processes
