Role Overview
An international fintech project is seeking a specialist for its payment operations team. The ideal candidate has experience in payments, banking, cryptocurrencies, or operational activities, with the ability to work with numbers and control financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Process payments and support payment operations;• Monitor the performance of payment accounts;• Work with online banking and internal company systems;• Maintain records of operations and reporting;• Work 8-hour shifts (day, evening, and night);• Verify payment accuracy and promptly resolve any issues;• Ensure stable operation of the payment infrastructure;• Participate in daily team operational processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working with payments, banking, cryptocurrencies, or operational processes;• Attention to detail and numbers;• Proficient in Google Sheets;• Understanding of payment process principles;• Interest in FinTech and Crypto sectors;• Ability to maintain a high work pace;• Capability to quickly switch between tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
