Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payment Specialist to manage and develop our payment infrastructure. This role involves sourcing, integrating, and optimizing new payment solutions, as well as engaging with international partners in digital finance and interactive entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
• Search, connect, and develop new payment solutions
• Communicate with PSPs, banks, acquiring services, and payment providers
• Identify new methods for payment acceptance and withdrawal
• Support the integration of payment services
• Monitor the stability of the payment infrastructure
• Analyze cooperation terms, commissions, limits, and risks
• Conduct negotiations with new partners
• Develop the partner network in the payment sector
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in Payment Processing
• Practical experience in Crypto, Forex, interactive entertainment, or other high-risk verticals
• Understanding of PSP, acquiring, banking, and payment gateway principles
• Ability to independently identify opportunities for scaling payment infrastructure
• English proficiency for communication with international partners
• Experience with unregulated Crypto / Forex projects (an advantage)
• Experience in payment companies, processing centers, crypto exchanges, or brokers (an advantage)
• Understanding of AML/KYC and the specifics of high-risk businesses (an advantage)
