Role Overview
We are looking for a Payment Support Manager to work in our office. You will be responsible for handling problematic transactions, monitoring payment systems, and suggesting improvements. We are ready to train candidates without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to messages regarding problematic transactions (email and chats); • Identify and resolve payment system issues as quickly as possible; • Monitor the performance of payment systems; • Propose solutions to improve system quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
• English language proficiency at A2 level or higher; • Excellent written and oral communication skills; • Proactive attitude, stress resistance, and a desire for continuous learning; • Openness to candidates without prior work experience. We will teach and guide you through everything.
