Role Overview
Seeking a Payment Systems Manager to effectively manage the payment infrastructure within the Latin American market. This role involves key aspects of working with payment service providers and ensuring seamless payment operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Integration, configuration of providers, and management of the Payment Service Provider (PSP) pool
• Monitoring deposits, payouts, balances, and handling chargebacks
• Setting up payment methods and testing flows in sandbox and production environments
• Interacting with provider technical support and developers
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in FinTech or the interactive entertainment industry for 1-2 years
• Understanding of APIs and local payment methods, especially for the Latin American (LATAM) region
• Proficiency in working with analytics and metrics
