Role Overview
Seeking an experienced PSP Manager to effectively manage the payment infrastructure within the LATAM region. This role involves the integration and configuration of new payment providers, alongside maintaining the existing PSP pool. Key responsibilities include monitoring all deposits and payouts, promptly addressing failures, managing chargebacks, and controlling balances. The position also entails configuring various payment methods, including setting limits and currencies, and conducting thorough testing of payment flows in both sandbox and production environments. This role requires active collaboration with provider technical support and the internal development team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage payment infrastructure in the LATAM region. • Integrate and configure new payment providers. • Maintain and optimize the existing PSP pool. • Monitor all deposit and payout operations. • Promptly resolve failures and manage chargebacks. • Control and manage payment system balances. • Configure payment methods, including limits and currencies. • Test payment flows in both sandbox and production environments. • Collaborate with provider technical support and the development team.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the fintech or digital entertainment (iGaming) industry. • Strong understanding of API and the specifics of local payment methods. • Proficiency in working with analytics and metrics for optimizing payment processes.
