Role Overview
An international FinTech company with 8 years of experience in payment infrastructure is seeking a Payment Systems Manager. This role focuses on strengthening presence in the Russian Federation and Indian markets. Please note that the RU and India markets represent two distinct roles and separate vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboarding new payment gateways and providers;• Conducting negotiations and concluding agreements with banks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs);• Optimizing payment processes and identifying areas for growth;• Collaborating with internal teams on integration projects;• Building long-term partnerships with key industry players;• Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to overall results.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banks, or payment providers;• Strong understanding of the payment infrastructure market;• Established contacts and connections within the industry;• Proven ability to conduct negotiations and close deals;• Self-driven and proactive approach to work;• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher is a plus.
