Role Overview
Manage payment providers, monitor transactions, and enhance payment processes specifically for Oman markets. This involves identifying and integrating new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), agents, and local payment solutions. Negotiate favorable fees, set appropriate limits, and define Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms. Provide support for payment integrations, continuously monitor approval and decline rates, actively work to reduce chargebacks, and collaborate closely with anti-fraud and technical teams. Conduct thorough analysis of local markets, ensure stable payment flows, and cultivate strong relationships with payment providers. This is a full-time position.

Requirements & Qualifications
