Role Overview
Manage payment service providers, monitor transactions, and enhance payment processes for Oman markets. Identify and integrate new PSPs, agents, and local payment solutions. Negotiate fees, limits, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms. Provide support for payment integrations, track approval and decline rates, minimize chargebacks, and collaborate with anti-fraud and technical teams. Conduct analysis of local markets, ensure stable payment flows, and cultivate strong relationships with providers.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage payment service providers and monitor transactions
• Optimize payment processes specifically for Oman markets
• Identify, onboard, and integrate new PSPs, agents, and local payment solutions
• Negotiate terms including fees, limits, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Provide support for payment system integrations
• Monitor approval and decline rates and actively work to reduce chargebacks
• Collaborate effectively with anti-fraud and technical teams
• Analyze local market trends and ensure stable, uninterrupted payment flows
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with payment providers
Requirements & Qualifications
• English language proficiency at B1+ level
• Russian language proficiency
