Role Overview
We are a multi-brand IT product company specializing in developing and enhancing our own interactive entertainment products. For us, the flawless operation of payment systems is the core of our product and the main factor in user trust. We are currently seeking a systematic and attentive specialist to take control of debugging and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of all project payment transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Transaction Monitoring: Oversee the processing of deposits and withdrawals, ensuring prompt handling of payment operations.• Operational Management: Manage traffic switching, timely activation and deactivation of payment channels based on their operational status.• User Support: Provide consultation to clients regarding payment statuses, limits, and terms.• Security: Identify suspicious activities and escalate data to the risk management and compliance departments.• Reporting: Maintain ticket records and complete reports on key performance indicators.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience and Knowledge: Proven experience in the interactive entertainment industry, strong proficiency with CRM systems, databases, and data analysis skills.• Tools: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Jira, and PowerBI.• Communication: Ability to prepare clear reports and conduct professional business correspondence.• Personal Qualities: Multitasking capability, high sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and diligence.
