Role Overview
This role involves developing and managing partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), agents, and local providers in key MENA markets. You will be responsible for negotiating fees, terms, limits, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as integrating various payment methods including cards, e-wallets, digital currencies, and local solutions. Key duties include monitoring approval, decline, and conversion rates, actively working to reduce chargebacks, and collaborating closely with fraud prevention and technical teams. The position also requires diversifying payment flows, efficiently switching providers, mitigating risks, and exploring innovative payment solutions tailored to specific geographical regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Building partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), agents, and local providers in target MENA markets. • Negotiating fees, terms, limits, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Integrating card, e-wallet, digital currency, and local payment methods. • Tracking approval, decline, and conversion rates. • Reducing chargebacks. • Collaborating with fraud and technical teams. • Diversifying payment flows and quickly switching providers. • Reducing risks and exploring new payment solutions per geographical region.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in digital entertainment payments (1+ year). • Experience with PSP onboarding. • Knowledge of the MENA market. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Russian language proficiency at B2 level required (Arabic/Farsi are a plus).
