Role Overview
This role involves building partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), agents, and local providers in target MENA markets. You will negotiate fees, terms, limits, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and integrate various payment methods including cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies, and local solutions. Responsibilities include tracking approval, decline, and conversion rates, reducing chargebacks, and collaborating with fraud and tech teams. You will also diversify payment flows, facilitate quick provider switching, mitigate risks, and explore new payment solutions tailored to specific geographies.
Key Responsibilities
• Build partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), agents, and local providers in target MENA markets

Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in payments within the interactive entertainment industry (1+ year)
• Experience with PSP onboarding and knowledge of the MENA market
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Russian language proficiency at B2 level required (Arabic/Farsi are a plus)
