Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will be responsible for budget management, monitoring key metrics, and testing hypotheses, working with significant budgets and directly impacting product growth in the interactive entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Launching, managing, and scaling campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, UAC) and Meta Ads
• Budget management and spend allocation across GEOs and channels
• Monitoring CPA, ROI, LTV, retention, and payback, working with GA4, tracking, and BI systems
• Continuous testing of hypotheses and creatives, ensuring traffic quality under compliance restrictions for regulated markets
• Close collaboration with CRM, Product, Design, and Analytics teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• Practical experience with Google Ads in the interactive entertainment sector for 3+ years
• Ability to systematically influence ROI
