Role Overview
Brazy is looking for a strong Performance Marketing Manager with experience managing large advertising budgets in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yandex.Direct. This role is suitable for a specialist with experience in interactive entertainment, crypto projects, or digital gaming platforms, who can handle complex moderation, multiple GEOs, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yandex.Direct;• Research and segment audiences;• Collect semantics, work with negative keywords, separate brand and non-brand traffic;• Test creatives, bundles, and ad formats;• Set up tracking and end-to-end analytics (GA4, GTM, UTM, Click ID, Metrica, pixels);• Monitor compliance with advertising policies across different GEOs;• Optimize campaigns based on CPA, FTD, deposits, retention, and other KPIs;• Prepare regular reports on campaign results.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in PPC and performance marketing;• Proficient work with Google Ads and TikTok Ads for 3+ years;• Experience managing budgets of $100,000+ per month;• Experience in interactive entertainment, crypto projects, or digital gaming platforms;• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and web analytics tools;• Understanding of FTD, CPA, CTR, CPC, Retention metrics;• Experience working with multiple GEOs;• Understanding of advertising policies and platform restrictions;• Analytical thinking and independence.
