Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of managers, distribute tasks, and control their execution;• Work with partners: discuss terms, create bonus schemes, motivate;• Build a reporting system and monitor KPI achievement both within the team and by partners;• Leverage personal network for quick and measurable results.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in managing a performance marketing team;• Existing base of Tier 1 partners;• Experience working with global (WW) markets, understanding regional specifics;• English language proficiency B1.
