Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Team Lead ready to head a team of traffic acquisition specialists and elevate performance to new heights. Our team is stable, with proprietary traffic and a fully established infrastructure. We have been operating in digital media buying for over 5 years, offering clear processes, timely payments, and a transparent work scheme without chaos, burnout, or empty promises.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading a team of traffic acquisition specialists (current team size + planned growth)
• Full budget management and allocation across campaigns
• Searching for and testing new campaign strategies, working with creatives and optimizing them
• In-depth analytics, unit economics control, and maintaining stable ROI
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads
• Strong understanding of unit economics and the mathematics of performance marketing
• Developed strategic thinking and a keen eye for creatives
• Experience managing large budgets (from $100k+ per month)
