Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for an executive. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties; we need an organized professional capable of efficiently managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, household tasks, and contractor interactions, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Organizing and coordinating the executive's personal and professional affairs
• Effective communication with various institutions: clinics, schools, and service providers
• Proactive search and implementation of optimal solutions for diverse tasks
• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, monitoring task completion
• Performing duties in both online and offline formats, including city travel
Requirements & Qualifications
• Residing in Barcelona
• Possession of EU driving license
• English language proficiency at B2–C1 level
• Spanish language proficiency at B1+ level
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent written communication skills
• High level of responsibility and multitasking ability
• Structured approach to work and self-reliance in decision-making
