Role Overview
We are a strong performance boutique agency specializing in international digital projects. Approximately 80% of our tasks are related to the interactive entertainment industry (mobile & gaming), so most of the work involves English-language advertising campaigns, Western audiences, and finding effective solutions for scaling client projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch, configure, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Yandex Direct.• Work with English-language creatives, ad texts, and segmentation of Western audiences.• Conduct market research, select key messages and hypotheses for testing.• Analyze campaign metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and prepare insights for the team.• Support current projects and participate in scaling new launches.• Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve conversions.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience with Google Ads and Yandex Direct for 3+ years.• Confident proficiency in Google Analytics.• Experience promoting projects in the field of interactive entertainment and/or digital gaming platforms.• Experience working with international markets and understanding the specifics of a global audience.• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.• Analytical approach to work, independence, and readiness to test hypotheses.• Advantageous: experience in preparing technical specifications for product teams and designers, experience using neural networks in workflows, skills in creating advertising creatives, experience in market, product, and competitor advertising activity research.
