Role Overview
PARI is a technology-driven company in the sports entertainment sector, known for its strong product culture and data-driven approach. The revenue management team focuses on the company's core client products, including web platforms, mobile applications, and related product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct analytical research, identify new growth opportunities, and propose product improvements;• Daily monitor key product metrics, independently noticing drops, anomalies, and changes in user behavior;• Investigate the causes of metric changes and formulate conclusions for product and business;• Analyze user funnels: registration, verification, password recovery, authorization, payment mechanics, gamification, user sessions, and other parts of the customer journey;• Develop the product metrics system, identify key growth drivers, and connections between different levels of indicators;• Evaluate the potential of new features and their impact on key business metrics;• Conduct A/B testing for product and business features: participate in experiment design, analyze, and interpret results;• Work on methodological tasks: increase experiment sensitivity, find proxy metrics, work with samples, and account for the influence of heavy users;• Digitize and analyze CJM, identify drop-off points and areas for optimization;• Participate in the development of systemic product monitoring, anomaly detection, and approaches to finding causes of drops;• Interact with product teams, technical analytics, and other stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Possess 2-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in high-load digital products within e-commerce, fintech, gaming, or related fields;• Proficient in SQL: subqueries, window functions, complex joins, and independent data manipulation;• Utilize Python for analysis and automation: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or similar libraries;• Experienced in A/B testing: experiment design, analysis and interpretation of results, working with statistical criteria, and improving metric sensitivity;• Understand product metrics and unit economics, capable of linking product changes to business outcomes;• Knowledge of mathematical statistics sufficient for solving product analytics tasks;• Ability to independently decompose business tasks and find data-driven solutions;• Analyze user funnels, CJM, and user behavior on web and mobile applications;• Capable of building strong stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, and clearly explaining complex analytical concepts;• Articulate thoughts clearly, argue conclusions, and defend viewpoints based on data;• Be systematic, think critically, independently notice deviations, and bring analysis to an informed conclusion.
