Role Overview
Cobalt Lab is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of its digital gaming platform across international markets, including Germany, the UK, the USA, and Brazil. The ideal candidate is skilled in data-driven decision-making, product growth through key metrics, and taking responsibility for business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and launch product mechanics to drive deposit growth, user retention, and revenue;• Manage bonuses, promotions, game modes, events, and retention mechanics;• Analyze the product funnel: registration, first deposit, repeat deposits, retention, and LTV;• Validate hypotheses through analytics and A/B testing;• Prioritize the product roadmap and define requirements for the development team;• Utilize AI tools in daily operations;• Discover new product growth opportunities after each release.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a Product Manager;• Desirable experience in iGaming, interactive entertainment, or skin trading;• Understanding of product metrics: GGR, NGR, Conversion, Retention, LTV, ARPU, ROI;• Skills in product analytics and data-driven decision-making;• Experience launching features that impact product financial performance;• Autonomy, initiative, and accountability for results.Bonus points:• Experience with Rust, CS Skins, and game mechanics;• Understanding of Case Opening, Crash, Jackpot, Upgrade, Battle modes;• Familiarity with the interactive entertainment industry and knowledge of successful game mechanics;• Experience with bonus programs, VIP systems, and tournaments;• Experience using BI tools.
