Role Overview
Join our international digital entertainment project as a Product Manager. This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary starting from $1500. We offer a dynamic environment to contribute to innovative gaming platform development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop product strategy and roadmap• Decompose tasks and manage them using Jira• Prioritize tasks and form the product backlog• Set up and control the user funnel from registration to First Time Deposit (FTD)• Optimize user onboarding and conversion at registration, KYC, and deposit stages• Fully configure retention strategies and drive LTV growth• Manage bonus economics and Return to Player (RTP) metrics• Create comprehensive bonus systems and anti-abuse mechanisms• Work with Payment Service Providers (PSP): business management and payment system setup• Resolve conflicts between UX, AML, and Risk departments
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in digital entertainment, fintech, or crypto projects• Proven experience in building products from scratch• Deep understanding of product development, including affiliate programs, user retention, VIP management, bonus abuse prevention, and fraud traffic management• Knowledge of Anjouan / Curaçao regulatory frameworks• Understanding of niche industry terminology• Ability to effectively collaborate with designers, development teams, marketers, and financiers• Skills in integrating payment systems, gaming content providers, crypto processing solutions, anti-fraud, and KYC services• Proficiency in working with metric systems and analytics• Boldness and initiative
