Role Overview
BK Leon is one of the first officially operating companies in the Russian Federation accepting online bets. We have been working since 2016 and are deservedly called veterans of the domestic sports entertainment industry. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in forming and implementing the product development strategy.• Prepare and defend product initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations.• Develop features, conduct competitive analysis, prepare functional and non-functional requirements for necessary changes.• Define key product metrics, establish their collection, and evaluate and draw conclusions based on the data obtained.• Formulate and prioritize the product improvement backlog.• Interact with related departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a Product Manager for 4+ years. Experience in the interactive entertainment industry.• Experience managing technically complex products, high-load services (primarily b2c).• Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills based on data, understanding of technical and product service metrics.• Knowledge of product methodology, ability to validate hypotheses with minimal development.• Skills in writing functional requirements, maintaining product documentation.• Experience with analytics systems (Yandex.Metrica, GA, Fb, etc.), as well as other systems necessary for basic work: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma.
