Role Overview
Cobalt Lab is seeking a Product Manager to develop the VIP segment within interactive entertainment and gaming platforms. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop the VIP segment and implement customer retention mechanics• Analyze key metrics: deposits, LTV, churn, customer segments, and player feedback• Launch loyalty programs, bonus offers, cashback, promotional campaigns, and other VIP features
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in Product Management, Retention, CRM, or VIP Product within the digital entertainment industry• Ability to effectively work with metrics and make data-driven decisions• Experience with Rust / CS2 / Dota / skin economy is a plus
