Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and develop a team in product marketing and user acquisition. You will be responsible for boosting advertising campaigns, finding new approaches, and scaling operations.

β’ Boosting advertising campaigns on Google/Fb to increase ROI
β’ Finding ways to bypass account bans
β’ Managing and developing the team: training, support, and motivation
β’ Analyzing, testing, and scaling campaigns
β’ Adapting to updates on advertising platforms
Requirements & Qualifications
β’ Experience in performance marketing (product vertical) of 2+ years
β’ Skills in launching a large number of tests and optimizing them
β’ Deep experience with Google/Fb (white and grey offers)
β’ Understanding of product marketing trends
β’ Developed leadership qualities: team motivation, conflict resolution
β’ Knowledge of tracking, split tests, warming up, and account farming
